Im Gegensatz zu vielen Salzen die vorgeben aus den Bergen zu kommen, entstammt das SAL DE LOS ANDES wahrhaftig aus einer Höhe von 3.500m in den Anden. Anders als Salze, die aus extrem belasteter Umwelt stammen, kommt SAL DE LOS ANDES aus einem Gebiet dessen natürliche Umwelt genauso ursprünglich ist wie sie es vor Millionen von Jahren war. Die komplexe natürliche Umwelt, Luft, Wasser, Licht der Sonne, 340 Tage im Jahr, auf 3.500m Höhe verleiht diesem Salz eine besondere Energie. Wir sind stolz SAL DE LOS ANDES anzubieten.
Our Salt
This Salt comes from a spectacular range at the height of 3.500m in the Andean mountains, up in the North of Argentina. Its isolation from the Civilization provides this area with unique environmental conditions, a complete ecological unit without massive human intervention. No factories, no inhabitants, no machines, no pollution, as the one that damages the Oceans’ Salt. So, as the natural environment of the range has been millions years ago, so it is in the present, and encompasses the interaction of air, water, the energy of the Sun and the collection by Hand. Notre Sel
Sel naturel recueilli à 3500m d'altitude sur les Andes d'Argentine. Le sel est le minéral le plus consommer par les êtres humains. Ce sel est riche en minéraux indispensable au bien-être et son goût est délicat grâce à son contenu riche magnésium (450mg/kg) et calcium (900mg/kg). Le sel des Andes ne contient aucun additif, il n'est pas artificiellement coupé, raffiné, lavé et cristallisé. Ce sel arrive chez le consommateur sans aucune modification, comme la nature l'a créé. Le sel est recueilli manuellement sur un plateau à 3500 mètres d'altitude sur une salière d'une beauté spectaculaire des Andes argentines, dans de petites "piscines" où le soleil et le vent sèche le sel jusqu'à ce que des cristaux fins se forment. Les cristaux sont naturels et de différentes tailles.
